Another Industrial Building Almost Ready!

Another industrial building is almost ready for lease or sale. This 115,000 sq. ft. building was owned by Levi Strauss until 2000 and has been predominately used for warehouse space since that time. A new owner is doing repairs and plans to lease for manufacturing, warehouse/distribution, or call center. This is a good, solid building with 10 ft. minimum eave height and approximately 16 ft. maximum ceiling height in center.
