Safety is worth more than two points

OSHA, the Occupational Safety and Health Administration, has a publication titled OSHA Small Business Handbook that can be downloaded free to help your small business be safe and to comply with workplace safety regulations. Tennessee is one of the states that implements OSHA regulations on its own through the Tennessee Department of Labor and Workforce Development, Division of Occupational Safety and Health (TOSHA). In addition to the federal occupational safety and health regulations, TOSHA also implements regulations specific to Tennessee. TOSHA isn’t just a policing agency, it helps business provide a safe and healthy workplace. If you need assistance, TOSHA Consultative Services will work with employers in complying with OSHA regulations and preventing costly accidents and health risks.
