Preparation for retail recruitment meetings

George Carlin once said, “I put a dollar in a change machine. Nothing changed.” Well, change certainly happens. We have been updating the one page marketing flyer (called a ‘slick’ due to the gloss paper it is usually printed on) for the Bon Aqua, Tennessee Trade Area along Highway 46, Highway 100 and Highway 7 centered on their signalized intersection. You may hear the area called ‘East Hickman’ by local residents.

The area has four schools, major employers and traffic counts over 11,000. Plus, it is near SR-840, which will soon be completed and expedite access to I-65 between Franklin and Spring Hill, I-24 at Murfreesboro and I-40 at Lebanon.

For those interested, the Bon Aqua Retail Flyer is available on our retail development webpage.

Hickman County has great sites for retail development
