Ashland City approves reducing fees to help assisted living facility development

The Ashland City Times reports:

The Ashland City Council plans to cut water and sewer tap fees as well as building permit fees in half for six months.
The decision comes after the council was recently asked by the developer of a new assisted living facility to consider waiving or lowering the fees to help him with financing the project.

The fee reduction applies to all development during the period, not just for the proposed assisted living facility.
