For those interested in eating local food, there couldn’t be a better way to start than with the seed. New Hope Seed Company in Bon Aqua, Tennessee specializes in open-pollinated and heirloom vegetable seed varieties that are rare and not readily commercially available. While waiting for the fruit of your labor, there are more immediate slow food listed on the Hickman County Chamber of Commerce website.

I am a professional economic developer.
