The 57th annual Governor’s Conference on Economic & Community Development will be held at the Nashville Convention Center in downtown Nashville on September 16th and 17th. Economic development professionals, community leaders, elected officials and business leaders will attend to learn new strategies and best practices from interactive sessions led by knowledgeable economic development professionals. Attendees will also network with site selection consultants and peers in the economic development profession.
In addition, this conference is normally the venue where the Governor’s Three-Star Award for excellence in community development is officially presented to those communities that do the planning and hard work necessary for the certification.
